Customers are increasing their integration to JIRA and other Atlassian products and are asking us for swagger.json to simplify integration across systems. Currently there is not an official swagger.json from Atlassian that is available for JIRA Server.
Similar endpoint that Bitbucket has implemented: https://bitbucket.org/api/swagger.json
