As a user, we would like to have an export to excel feature which maintains the formating in excel

      Problem Definition

      Currently, if you use the CSV export to export issues, you will see that the Rich text formatting is not maintained. That is, lists are not shown, texts are not bold or italicised etc.

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to export to excel, while maintaining the rich text formatting in Excel.

      Why this is important

      For clarity and readability as the export file may be read by another user via Excel for analysis, rather than just using for import.
