Summary

When customer set password policy as customer, JIRA does not adhere the configuration of combination allowed.

Environment

• JIRA 7.4.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set password policy in JIRA as custom with the following configuration:
   • Minimum length 10
   • Maximum length 64
   • Minimum Uppercase 1
   • Minimum Lowercase 1
   • Minimum Digits 1
   • Minimum Special 1
   • Combination - At least 3 types

Expected Results

When change password for user to Welcome1234 it should work as it contained 3 combination of the requirement

Actual Results

When change password for user to Welcome1234 it does not work as it mentioned the missing combination of special character
