The jira application allows the use of keyboard shortcuts as well as mouse inputs.

If I however use one or the other a window pops up to allow the entry of the data.
e.g. assign, comment etc.

This window is blocking the actual text I want to respond on, it would be very helpful if this popup window could be moved to unblock the text it hides helping me in writing a response specifically related to that hidden text.
