It would be really handy if we could filter issues based on their time-tracking original estimate; specifically I want to be able to make filters that show issues WITHOUT an estimate.

Right now it's difficult to make sure that issues have time tracking information because the person reporting the issue might not be qualified to judge how much time it'll take to do.

If I could make filter for this I'd add a filter view to the dashboard that showed the user's issues that are missing an original estimate.
