Pasting screenshots in Text mode vs Visual mode causes different results

Summary

When users paste screenshots in comments or in the description from a JIRA issue, the user will get different results if he's on Text mode and if he's on Visual mode.

If the user attaches the screenshot on Text mode, it will attach the file and insert a thumbnail of the image in the comment/description.
If the users attached the screenshot on Visual mode, it will attach the image in its regular size.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access a JIRA issue
2. Click to edit the description from the issue
3. Copy and paste an image while in Visual Mode

Expected Results

The image will be attached to the ticket and a thumbnail will be added to the description.

Actual Results

The image will be attached to the ticket and the image will be added to the description in its normal size.

Workaround

To make the image displayed as a thumbnail, re-edit the description and wrap the file name as follows:
