Using Agile Methodology within the Operational Support realm should use a Buffer where we would pre-allocate points that would be addressed in tasks that come during the given Sprint.  Is there a go-to way of going about this in JIRA?  I haven't really found a good way to go about this besides tracking Daily Support and Scrum separately, or having a placeholder "Buffer" task with Story Points that deduct as you complete tasks... but this is very manual and time intensive.  Would you happen to have any suggestions?
