Problem Definition
Current JIRA administrator doesn't have track of nodes joining/leaving the cluster.
It makes it hard to investigate network partitioning problem or other related cluster activities.
Suggested Solution
Add following features
- Add logging at each node in the cluster, while joining the cluster
- At already active nodes: log details about the node joined the cluster
- At new node: log details about the nodes already in the cluster
- Add logging at each node in the cluster, while other node is removed from the cluster
- with decision details why node is removed
- Add table which will keep historical track of the nodes status.
