I have a folder that's filled through automation. I use an insert with a JQL query like ...

project = Abc AND status not in (Resolved, Done, Closed) AND component = Xyz

I do this to automatically have new issues included in a 'to be sorted' folder in the structure. At the moment the issues already inlcuded in the structure also appear in this inserted list.

I'm looking to extend this JQL query w/ the same feature that exists in the double grid on the right side (screenshot).
