Support mail server other than POP/IMAP

      Add Exchange mail server support so that an IssueHandler can create issues
      based on a Exchange Mail folder. Our corporate policy does not allow
      IMAP or POP to be enabled on the Exchange Server, so the only viable option
      for us is to use MAPI.
