      Steps to reproduce

      1. Raise an issue.
      2. Add 2 or more subbtasks to the issue.
      3. Attempt to re-order sub-tasks

       

      Expected results

      Sub tasks can be re-ordered.

       

      Actual results

      No visual controls are available to change the order of the sub-tasks.
