Add ability to add specific directory to Application Access

Problem Definition

Currently, JIRA only allows Administrators to add groups to specific Application Access. User would like the ability to add entire User Directory so they can add all the users in a specific directory to an Application Access.

Suggested Solution

Add option to add specific User Directory to an Application Access.

Workaround

Add each group from User Directory to the Application Access.
