      Health-check index consistency check needs to be relaxed for JIRA Server (separate from DC issue JRASERVER-61501).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run heath-check

      Expected Results

      Heath-check doesn't show error

      Actual Results

      For JIRA it will be false positive and give following alerts:

      • The issue index is inconsistent with the database state. The last issue update recorded in the database was at (Date) but the last issue update recorded in the index was at (Same Date)
