Summary

When an AD user who is expired, reactivated again, this user will lose all local group membership in JIRA

Environment

1. JIRA
2. Microsoft Active Directory.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect JIRA to AD using Read Only, with Local Groups with the "Filter out expired users" enabled
2. Create a user in AD
3. Add this user as a member of a local JIRA group ( On JIRA )
4. Go back to the AD and set the user to expire today.
5. Sync the directory in JIRA and notice that the user will go missing ( This user does not have any issue history )
6. Go back to the AD and set the user to Account Expires = "Never"
7. Sync the directory in JIRA and notice that

Expected Results

The user should appear again with the previous group membership

Actual Results

The user appears again but without any groups membership
