Currently, when spinning up a new JIRA Data Center environment using the AWS Quick Start template, it updates JIRA's settings to the DNS name used by Amazon's ELB.

Since most customers will be using a custom domain, we should provision that upon setup, in order not to have to update the configuration on a per-node basis manually (by SSHing into the EC2 instances).
