ChangeItemBean should have customfield id

We're using issue updated event to do internal stuff based on which fields are changed. But there is an issue when multiple customfields may have the same name. It would be nice to have field id in ChangeItemBean for 3rd party addons (no need to store it in database, just for event listeners).
