Currently partial formatting of a word does not work.

How to replicate:

1. type in a word in comment ie. "replicate" we want to make "cate" bold so repli*cate*

Expected result -
the "cate" part would be bolded.

Instead we end up with
repli*cate*

Workaround -

partial{color}*word*{color}

Customer wants to be able to be able to do partial text formatting with wiki.
