Currently in our Organization Projects will have Program Increment(PI) with duration of  6 sprints of 2 weeks each and each PI will have Start Date and End date where Sprints should fall under this PI dates only.

       Sprint 1

       Sprint 2

       Sprint 3

        Sprint 4    . . . .

PI-2

     Sprint 7

     Sprint 8

     Sprint 9

    Sprint 10 . . . . .

etc...

so each PI will have 6 sprints, where we need to associate each issue to a Sprint of  specific PI and scrum master can move Issue across Sprints of specific PI of Current Project only.

can we have below feature in JIRA where.?

1)Associate Issue type to specific Sprint of PI of same Project, no cross project association

2) Feature to support Program Increment(PI) in JIRA with Sprints under that.

3) To move Issues  from Sprint of one PI to Sprint of other PI.

4) Tight coupling with PI dates and Sprint Dates.

    example. if 6 Sprints are created in  PI1, new sprint creation should automatically fall under PI2. with sprint dates automatically being filled for 2 weeks.
