This is actually a two part request:

1. Correct the information in older documentation for Integrating JIRA applications with IIS (7.1, 7.2):
   • The problem isn't that URLs are too long, but that URL segments are too long
   • The default is 260 rather than 200 (see also: Http.sys registry settings for Windows)
2. Add this information to our 7.3 documentation, as it does not appear to have been included there.
