Description
Issue Summary
When a user is transitioning an issue to a step whose workflow property contains jira.issue.editable=false, if an attachment is added in the transition screen, it would fail to be added to the issue once the issue is created.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a JIRA project(suggest a Project Management workflow as it is easy and I would be using it for the example).
- Edit the newly created project's workflow.
- Add a screen which has the attachment field to the transition from To Do to In Progress.
- Select the step In Progress and in the pop-up, select properties.
- Add the property value jira.issue.editable=false.
- Publish the workflow.
- Create an issue in the new project.
- Transition the issue from To Do to In Progress using the Start Progress Transition.
Expected Behavior
JIRA would add the attachment to the issue similar to how it added the comment and other field updates.
Actual Behavior
JIRA would add all other updates and silently drop the attachment.
Observation
Removing the property from the step ensures that the attachments can be added again.
