Summary

Under normal circumstances, when viewing a dashboard that you did not favorite will trigger the "This dashboard is not available in your Dashboard menu. To add it to the Dashboard menu, you need to add it as a favourite on the Manage Dashboards page." popup message dialog to appear. However the popup would not appear if JIRA is set to German.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the Default Language to German from the general configuration settings if isn't already configured to be German.
2. From the top menu bar, select Dashboards > Manage Dashboards (Startseite and Dashboards verwalten respectively in German)
3. Search for a Dashboard that is not part of your favorites yet.
4. Access the Dashboard.

Expected Results

A German equivalent of the "This dashboard is not available in your Dashboard menu. To add it to the Dashboard menu, you need to add it as a favourite on the Manage Dashboards page." popup message dialog will appear.

Actual Results

No popup appears.

Notes

Tested with Russian as well but a Russian popup dialog will appear.
