Rich Text Editor Code macro needs languages added

The only plugin and one of the best plugins of any kind for JIRA the Syntax Highlighter is no longer being supported/updated so we are left with the Rich Text Editors Code macro. 

This macro is extremely basic and really needs to have at the very least programming Languages added. 

You should also add the highlighting as well.  

Both of those features make reading Code in Description and Comments much clearer.
