Display the time zone when export issues to a document.

Problem Definition

When you perform a CSV containing issue information from the Issue Navigator, there is not information about which Time Zone the user that performed the export is in.

Suggested Solution

Include a note on the exported file that shows the current time zone the user that created the file is in.

Why this is important

This is important when sharing the document across multiple timezones - the way the import works not, users are not able to tell the exact time a event took place from simply checking the time of a custom field. Having the time zone will help in translating those times so that they make sense.
