Summary

After translating an issue type or changing an existing translation, the new translation is not displayed as expected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Translate any issue type to be displayed differently
2. Create a new issue
3. Specify a project in which the issue type exists

Expected Results

The new translation will be displayed

Actual Results

The original text or earlier translation is displayed for the issue type that was just translated.

Workaround

Restarting JIRA causes the new issue type to be displayed.
