Import vs Bulk Create clarification in Archive Documentation

Issue Summary

If an Admin of a JIRA instance uses External System import to add issues accidentally to an archived project(or even intentionally), the issues would be created since this is considered an import rather than a creation and JIRA is designed to accept it since you do not require a project permission for the External System Import process.

Clarification

Can a section be added to the Online Archive page adding a disclaimer clarifying the above scenario and stating clearly that the external system import would import issues irrespective of project permission?

Also, can we have a much clearer classification and disclaimer added to the external system import CSV page explaining that it is different from Bulk Create Issue from CSV so that users are aware of the difference because it is not that clearly stated and can lead to confusion to some users.
