Rich Text Editor loses title colour attribute in a panel titleColor

      Steps to reproduce.

      1. Paste the panel with titleColor attribute in Rich Text Editor field.
      2. Switch to visual mode.
      3. Make some changes to content of the panel
      4. Save.

      Actual Result

      Resulting panel disregards the previously specified title color - color is always black.

      Expected Result

      In visual mode edit titleColor is preserved.
