HTML in Custom Field Description stuffs up when selecting columns for navigator

Problem Description:

1. Create a custom field

2. In its description, use HTML such as <br>, as the help text suggests

3. Add the custom field as column to the Issue Navigator

4. The HTML <br> is converted to <br>
