      Problem summary

      Commit message includes special character such as in this example, a hyphen included in the initial commit message

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create an applinks between JIRA and Fisheye.
      2. Trigger a smart commit below: (hyphen is the special character) 
        - TEST-47 #comment corrected indent issue
      1. Development Panel in JIRA issue will not shown any commits.

      Expected Results.

      Smart commits should ignore any text or special characters before <ISSUE_KEY> as per our doco:

      <ignored text> <ISSUE_KEY> <ignored text> #<COMMAND> <optional COMMAND_ARGUMENTS>

      Actual Results.

      Development Panel is not showing but smart commits are working.

      Tested in Fisheye 4.2.0 and 4.4.0
