Sort Issue Type Schemes alphabetically in Administration -> Issue types -> Issue type schemes

Problem Definition

Currently, the Issue Type Schemes screen is sorted by created order (database ID). This is problematic for any administrator with a large number of schemes.

Suggested Solution

Sort the schemes alphabetically in the screen. This is done for most other scheme screens (workflow, issue type screen, etc)

Workaround

• Use built-in browser find functionality to search the page for the right scheme
• Access the schemes from project configuration
