      has a row:

      Issue moved An issue has been moved into or out of this project.

      but the info at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-42305 suggests that it's more subtle than that. It probably could just be changed to:

      Issue moved An issue has been moved into this project.

      but some testing to confirm is needed.
