      Problem Definition

      Currently, CSV Import only allows Subtasks creation along with its Parent issue when associating the parent-subtask links.

      Suggested Solution

      To allow the association parent-subtask linking via CSV import by specifying the Issue Key of the Parent issue in CSV file.

      Why this is important

      An existing parent issue can be used.
