      Summary

      In Text Area[Visual mode], when we enter :<colon> and press Down arrow key, it inserts smiley[:(]

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable Rich Text editor and Wiki Style render for Comment field.
      2. Type : and press Down arrow key.

      Expected Results

      The character : was rendered

      Actual Results

      The charater : was rendered as
