Correct documentation for Pivotal Tracker import

      According to Tips for importing Pivotal Tracker data into JIRA fields, Story ID will be imported as Story ID and Story URL and JIRA will create these as custom fields.

      However, it turns out that Story ID will be imported as External issue ID and External issue URL, like other Importers. Please correct the documentation to reflect this.
