      Hi,

      When trying to import mantis project, i see on html result : "Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up."

      So i can not import mantis data (so sad )

      JIRA server could use mysql databse with command line (mysql) util.
      The problems seems to be locate in jdbc call (see jira mantis import error.txt for stacktrace).
