In order to facilitate demoing of time-sensitive data, we want to include a dateOffSet value in the root of the JSON item.
This way when importing issues with history that are over a year old, we could include a date offset that makes them appear to have been Created, Transitioned, Closed, etc, all in the past week by setting that dateOffSet to be +1 year, for example.
This will make it much easier for loading data to test or demo features.
