In the Permssion Scheme I cannot find "Clone" and "Create Subtask". Likewise in the JIRA documentation I cannot readily find anything about setting permissions specifically for these functions.
Their availability to users seems to be enslaved to the "Create" permssion. Is this correct? Is it intended behaviour? I would prefer that a JIRA Administrator can control them separately.
