Add option to view linked issues as list in IssueNavigator

      It would be a nice feature if I could open linked issues (of a Meta Issue) as usual issues list.

      There could be an option in Issue details to 'open linked issues'. Maybe even separate options for each link type.

      Additionally, the Filter configuration could allow filter issues based on 'linked to' and 'link type' criteria.
      So I can find all issues which 'relate' to 'JRA-1111' for example.
