Support large instances that take more than 8 hours to import

      If loading issues into JIRA takes longer than 8 hours (and it does in case of large projects) MySQL drops the connection due to inactivity and we fail to import links. We get SQLException about the closed connection.

      We should restore connection in each major step in BugzillaDatabaseBean (and Mantis QAAor FogBugz too).
