When using the Ctrl+V Function to paste a screen shot in Chrome the image fails to load in IE11.

      Summary

      Images will not load in either the description or comment box when attaching a screenshot in visual mode

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use the Print Screen function in Windows.
      2. Load Chrome and create an issue.
      3. Select Visual mode for the description or a comment.
      4. Use the paste function in either the description or the comment.
      5. Refresh the page images and thumbnails load fine in Chrome.
      6. Launch IE and access the same issue.

      Expected Results

      The thumbnail and the Image loads.

      Actual Results

      The thumbnail loads but the image fails to render.

      Notes

      The only error I see when I click the show picture option is:

      Deprecated undefined "DisplayAbove has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release."

      Workaround

      If you paste the screenshot in visual mode with IE it works fine in both Chrome and IE. Also if you use chrome and text mode then paste the screen shot. It loads in IE as well.
