Summary

Cannot perform a bulk operation when selecting a default filter, such as My open issues and Reported by me.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Issues > My open issues.
2. Click on the three dots option, Change all issue(s).

Expected Results

The screen should show an option to select the bulk change you want to perform.

Actual Results

Backs to My open issues filter.

Workaround

Any change in the query of the filter makes it possible to perform the bulk change.
