      Summary

      When pasting a screenshot to a comment in another browser such as Chrome, then viewing the same issue in Internet Explorer 11. The screenshot is broken.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Copy a screenshot in chrome.
      2. Paste it into a comment.
      3. Open the issue in IE.
