"Fix for" shows wrong versions sometimes

For this you will need two projects, each with their own (different) version numbers.

Steps:
1. Go to Find Issues and click new. Select project A and press Save then save as xA.
2. Go to Find Issues and click new. Select project B and press Save then save as xB.
3. Click on the Manage button and click the edit link for xA. The fix for versions show the versions for project xB but the project drop down shows project A.
