aggregate emails notifications for changes made in a small time period

My project managers love to change multiple fields in one sitting, but rather than use the edit screen and submit the changes all at once, they use the edit-in-place functionality. Each change sends me an email. it's not unusual to get 3-5 emails within the same minute when a manager is updating a single ticket.

Since I can't get them to use the `edit` screen to change them all at once (and get just one email), maybe the notifications can delay for a few minutes, and a single aggregate email could be sent.
