      Problem Definition

      When importing to the issue tracker there isn't an option to map specific criteria for users.

      Suggested Solution

      When JRA-40897 is fulfilled via the API allowing access to the users e-mail. Allow full import of user info.

      Why this is important

       Currently this is a pain point as users have very basic functionality of the import and after taking the time to fill out criteria that exist in JIRA. There is unnecessary friction to capture the same information.
