      Problem Definition

      There is currently no way to remove and add actions from the more actions section in the issue view within the application.

      Suggested Solution

      Add ability to remove and add actions from the more actions section in the issue view within the application.

      Why this is important

      Ease of use for customers to have control on what actions appear under the more drop down.
