Unable to remove archived version from issues

    Description

      I encountered an issue that had two versions listed under "Affects Version/s", X and Y. In this case, X has been archived, and Y is still live. I needed to remove the X from the issue in question, but I am not able to do so. X doesn't show up on the edit page, and even though I select only Y when I edit the issue, it doesn't remove X from the issue.
