Error coding group names

Hi guys,

We've found that you can create a group with special characters, for example "TELCO-mix-1+2", but once created, you're not able to delete it due to a codification error (in the source code, simbol "+" simply doesn't appear, so when form is posted, group is not founded and therefore, not deleted).
