Project Category is being cleared when Editing Project Details

      Problem Summary

      Editing Project Details as Project Admin will clear the Project Category.

      This is because the form data for the following consider empty projectCategoryId to be null value hence it is updated to "none" for Project Category

      POST /secure/project/EditProject.jspa?

      Environment

      • JIRA 7.2.x
      • User must be Project Admin without JIRA Administrator

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Project Category
      2. Create a projectA with category
      3. Assign userA as Project Admin in projectA
      4. Login as userA and update URL for projectA

      Expected Results

      Project Category for projectA should remain associated correctly

      Actual Results

      Project Category is cleared causing missing data

      Workaround
