    Description

      Deploying to JBoss 3.2.6, JIRA 3.1.1 dies on first JSP access with:

      11:25:54,720 ERROR [Engine] ApplicationDispatcher[/jira] Servlet.service() for servlet jsp threw exception
      org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP

      Generated servlet error:
      error: error reading /home/jturner/jboss-3.2.6/server/default/tmp/deploy/tmp1922jira.war/WEB-INF/lib/sitemesh-decorator.tld; java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip file

      The WEB-INF/lib/sitemesh-descriptor.tld location is correctly specified in web.xml.
