      Problem Description

      There is a limit on the number of character in Comment, Description, etc. Sometime, users would add a huge text as a comment/description and it would be great if JIRA could automatically convert it into a file and attach it as an issue attachment.

      Provide a feature to automatically convert huge text into a file and attach is as an issue attachment.
